The SD card cover did not close securely (simple fix in another video I am going to upload) and there is one tiny mark on the LCD display but other than that the body looks new. I bought it to replace a Nikon D5000, I'm happy with both the refurb and the improvements over the D5000 - Better resolution screen, side folding (big for me as I use a tripod a lot), longer video (20 min vs 5), 1080p vs 720, continuous focus in HD video modes and a few more.
